Good tenants deserve good landlords

We are members of the National Landlords Association (NLA) offering high quality properties to tenants and a bespoke marketing service to private landlords, who choose to manage their property independently and who share our commitment to providing well managed cared for homes for their tenants. Good tenants deserve good landlords and vice versa.

 

We like to think that our small portfolio of rental property is in a league of its own. Every buy-to-let property we own is purchased on the basis that we could happily live there ourselves. Then we set about making each house a beautiful, clean, safe home for prospective tenants to look after and enjoy.

 

We understand that finding the right landlord is as important to a tenant as finding a property in the right area at the right price. We agree to abide by the NLA Code of Practice. This covers every aspect of letting residential properties and is designed to raise and maintain standards in the private-rented sector and to promote good relations between landlord and tenant by ensuring a good standard of service to tenants.

 

Because there is no third party involved in the marketing or managing of our properties, there are no additional administration, introduction or tenancy renewal fees to pay either by tenants or landlords.
